1.Burrata House- A storefront in Culver City has the most amazing sandwiches. Why your ask? Because everything is covered in cheese! Burrata Cheese to be exact. Not only does this place offer Sandwiches but also salad bowls and pasta. Everything is always fresh, made to order and very delicious. What to get? 2. Cook's Torta- In a city filled with amazing Chinese food, Cook's Torta stands out as one of the go to restaurants in Monterey Park. Open in 2008, Cook's Torta has over 100 different types of sandwiches, it might take a year to try them all. Cook's also salad, sides, pastries, and Aguas Frescas. What to get? 3. Oinkster- The Oinkster serves up premium sandwiches and delicious fries all under $10! Not only do they serve amazing sandwiches but also burgers, salads, roasted chicken, and beer and wine. What to get? Oinkster Pastrami Our House Cured Pastrami served with Red Cabbage Coleslaw, Caramelized Onions, and Gruyere Cheese. 4. New York Deli- The closest place in California that reminds us of an NYC Deli. Open in 1985, this deli has been serving up a taste of NYC with their sky-high sandwiches to South Bay residences. They also serve hamburgers, deli salads, meat by the pound, and beer. What to get? A combination sandwich… Pastrami and Corn Beef, best of both worlds. 5. Katsu Sando – started off at the Smorgasburg and then moved to a brick and mortar in Chinatown. A sando is a Japanese sandwich made with deep fried meat between super soft chewy bread and a very popular lunch meal in Japan, They also serve rice plates and onigiri. What to get? 6. Mickey’s Deli- This family ran Italian Deli has been open since 1953, serving the freshest and best sandwiches, pasta, and pizza in Hermosa Beach. What to get? Mickey’s Combo with Cotto Salami, Chopped Ham, Bologna, Swiss Cheese, with Mustard, Mayo, Lettuce, Tomato, Pickles, Pepperoncinis, and Red Onion. Try their pizza too simple but so delicious. 7. Pearl River Deli- Located in the foodie plaza in Los Angeles Chinatown is the newcomer Pearl River Deli. They focus on serving Cantonese cuisine classics with a modern twist. PRD is known for their Hainan Chicken but there are so many other dishes as well as rotating specials on the weekend. What to order? 8. Ding’s Garden – This Taiwanese, Shanghainese restaurant provides tasty and cheap eats in the San Gabriel Valley. This restaurant serves up dumplings, beef noodle soup, and fried rice. What to get?

9. Luis Butcher Shop: A family run butcher shop known for their carne asada and other cuts of meat but they do have a small kitchen offering the best take out options. They have breakfast, tacos, burritos, and sandwiches. What to get? 18 Hour Smoked Brisket Sandwich with cheese, guacamole on a french roll. Address: 9071 Imperial Hwy, Downey, CA 90242





10. Mike’s Deli- Home of the sandwiches where you have to unhook your jaw to take a bite. Their menu is extensive, sandwiches, wings, burgers, salads, and fries. Sandwich offerings are both hot and cold. What to get? We ordered the special Bold Cajun turkey, deluxe roasted beef, American cheese with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, jalapenos, honey mustard, and Cajun mayonnaise.
